Shipping and Returns Policy
Most smaller items will be shipped via Royal Mail postage (signed for). Larger items will be sent by various courier services. A small charge is also added to cover packaging materials (jiffy bags, boxes, bubble wrap etc.) Postage to UK destinations usually takes less than a week. Overseas postage (anywhere other than mainland UK) can take considerably longer to arrive. If you are unsure, please enquire before ordering and we will try and give an estimated time to destination.
Returns of faulty items are available within one month of purchase. If no replacement can be found then a full refund of cost (minus cost of return postage) will be given.
All hardware serial numbers are recorded and all software is security marked (undetectable to the naked eye) prior to shipping for security purposes. Any fraudulent behaviour in respect to any returns or claims for refund will immediately be reported to the Police.
Any items sent back as faulty and the fault is subsequently deemed to have been caused through purchaser's/user's negligence (i.e plugging in an interface when powered on etc.) will not be covered by any given guarantee and will be charged as a repair.
